We accept:
•Hardcover and paperback books in GOOD condition
•Commercially published media—CDs, DVDs, LPs, Blue-Ray discs
•Up to 2-3 boxes or bags per visit
We cannot accept:
•Damaged books including ones that are damp, moldy, heavily underlined or
written in, or soiled or missing pages or have broken bindings
•Empty containers from CDs or DVDs
•Clearly outdated material—Law medical, texts, travel, self- help—earlier than
2020
•Magazines
•Encyclopedias
•Non-commercial published media
•Workbooks
•VHS tapes or Casettes
•More than 2 or 3 boxes or bags per visit
The Friends do not determine the value of donations. However, receipts can be provided designating the number of donated items.
